Interaktiva is non governmental and non profit organization founded in cause to organize activities which promote non formal and lifelong learning with an emphasis on non institutional education and mobility. Topics that are in focus are human rights, non violence, development of civil society, values of European citizenship and environmental awareness. With their activities Interaktiva promotes European values, preventing all kind of discrimination, stimulates and participating in international cooperation, friendships and intercultural dialogue.
Members of Interaktiva NGO are young active citizens, that are experienced at leading different projects, seminars and workshops and also that are eager to exchange experiences and improve their capacity, skills and that are willing to gain new competencies in order to be the best possible competition in the labour market. Knowledge is gained in various projects, members of the Interaktiva NGO is transferred to other interested pupils, students, young workers, as well as all other interested. Interaktiva promotes the development of creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development.

EXPERIENCE
Interaktiva is young non-governmental organization. Our members are all volunteers who were been active in several Erasmus plus projects.
Many of our members are youth workers experienced at organization of many activities
such as round tables, seminars, debates, workshops, fairs, training and youth exchanges in other NGOs which they are already been members. Members of Interaktiva are also graduated students in different fields: Information studies, Education and Pedagogy, Psychology, Economics, Engineering, Informatics, Law studies and Entrepreneurship. Also, members of Interaktiva have lot of connections with a many NGOs all around Europe. Interaktiva main activities and projects are covering and including topics such as non formal education, human rights, equality, democracy, European citizenship, social inclusion, intercultural friendships, participation of youth workers, leadership, media, ecology and many more.
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
All members of Interaktiva is open-minded, willing to learn and socially active. They are highly motivated to meet new people and have new experience and to gain new competences. Members are young individuals, mostly youth workers and students that are interested in topic of your project.
